1. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

1.1. The Promoter will only process your personal data in accordance with the relevant data protection laws (including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 as amended) and as set out in the Fresh Del Monte privacy notice which is available at https://www.delmonteeurope.com/privacy-policy.htm. By submitting an entry, you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and notifying and advertising the winners.

1.2. By participating in this promotion, each entrant agrees to allow the Promoter the right to use his/her name, likeness, picture and other information and content provided in connection with the promotion for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide including, but not limited to, on television and the internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation during a maximum period of two (2) years.

1.3. You agree that the Promoter may request that you share photographs of yourself at the Prize Location with the Promoter and the Promoter shall be entitled to use such photographs in accordance with the conditions of Clause 1.2

2. The promoter is: D2 International whose registered office is at Unit 3A, Parkway Trading Estate, Barton Dock Rd, Trafford Park, Manchester M32 0TL.

3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of D2 International.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

7. Closing date for entry will be Sunday 20th August 11:59pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. D2 International is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10. The prize is a year's supply of the Del Monte sauce range, i.e. an entire sauce range sent to the winner each month.

11. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter by Monday 21st August.

13. D2 International's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

16. The winner's name will be available 28 days after the closing date and they will be contacted by D2 International's assigned marketing agency directly.

17. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
